Steve Dale, CEO

Steve is the founder & CEO of Semantix UK Ltd with 24 years experience in Business Consulting and Corporate Management.

He specialises in the areas of Knowledge Management (tacit and codified KM techniques) and Information Management (capture, organisation, classificaton, retrieval and disposal of information assets).

Steve has developed KM and IM Strategies for central and local government and a number of private sector companies. He has specific experience in setting up Communities of Practice and the use of various social media tools (Blogs, Wikis etc.) to aid in knowledge capture and knowledge sharing.

Stev has also undertaken a number of selection and procurement projects for intranet and enterprise search, and content management systems. As an indepedent consultant working (mainly) within the UK Public sector with a keen interest in social networking tools as means for connecting, learning and sharing with and from other like-minded individuals.
